We like this story because it shows how a company has reacted to the change in its eco-system (‘rings a bell?!), how it has relied on the whole company to tackle the issue, and how it has focused on agile methodologies in every dimension of its business.
As of today, 10,000 people in 800 teams have gone into agile practices and processes. « It’s better way of working. »
The beginning of this story –on a long meeting where only one person talked– might sound familiar. The question behind it is: « how can you as entrepreneur and/or a leader use the same choreography to shift from unproductive to creative and innovative meetings and engaged staff? »
As many practices aimed at changing the way we work: the method requires practicing. And practicing. And practicing again. Just like an athlete or a musician, we would say.
